About Shai

The woman behind the boutiques

Shai, founder of ShaiStyle Boutique

My story, in short

My first boutique was 30 square meters above a dry cleaner. I had no experience, a tiny budget, and a supplier who shipped me 200 scarves I couldn't sell. I nearly quit in month four.

Instead, I got obsessed with the numbers: what actually sold, what it truly cost me, and which customers came back. That little shop became two, then five. Today, ShaiStyle Boutiques operate in markets across the Middle East, Europe and North America.

Along the way, boutique owners kept asking the same questions I once asked: Where do I find suppliers? How do I price? Why isn't my store selling? So I turned my playbooks into courses — the exact systems I wish someone had handed me above that dry cleaner.

If you're dreaming of your first store or fighting to save one, you're in the right place.

What I stand for

Shop-floor first

Everything taught here was tested on a real sales floor, with real customers and real rent due.

Global perspective

Boutiques in different countries and price points taught me one truth: great retail principles travel.

Honest guidance

If a program isn't right for your stage, I'll tell you — even if it means referring you elsewhere.
